Janka Livoncova

has been a dedicated student and practitioner of meditation and yoga since 1994 and started sharing her practice with others in 2004. Janka has been practicing and studying the dharma for two decades. Initially in the Soto Zen tradition and, since 2007, under the guidance of her mentor, DaeJa Napier. She is a graduate of Spirit Rock’s Community Dharma Leaders program and the Sacred Mountain Sangha two-year Dharmapala training with Kittisaro and Thanissara. Janka maintains a daily meditation practice and regularly attends Vipassana retreats with her dharma teachers.

Rod Francis

As well as a diverse career through international performing arts and business, Rod has been teaching for almost 30 years and coaching & mentoring for almost two decades. He has designed, delivered and led professional coach training programs in Europe and the USA for over a decade.

Rod has had a meditation practice for approximately three decades and has sat many teacher led retreats in the Insight tradition including several with his guiding teacher Yanai Postelnik. Rod is a qualified MBSR teacher and has designed and continues to lead several mindfulness training programs specifically aimed at helping coaches and other helping professionals.

Yong Oh

began practice in the Soto Zen tradition, eventually transitioning to study, practice and teaching in the Insight tradition. He is a graduate of Spirit Rock’s Community Dharma Leaders program, the Sacred Mountain Sangha 2-year Dharmapala training with his teachers Kittisaro and Thanissara, and the 2017-2021 Insight Meditation Society Retreat Teacher Training program. Yong is also an acupuncturist, loves the outdoors and bringing the practice of meditation into nature, and aspires to support practitioners of color in the Dharma.
