Mindfulness 101 is a 4-week program consisting of four 75 min classes during which participants are offered simple, easy to understand instructions in the basic elements of mindfulness meditation. No previous experience is necessary to join.
Each class will include guided meditation, instructions, and also a group discussion with feedback. Every week you will receive homework suggestions to help you incorporate and skillfully apply the teachings and practices covered in the class into your daily life. Once the class starts you will receive access to the dedicated learning platform containing home practice materials including downloadable guided meditations.
